Service-oriented leadership is based on the sincere desire to help others and derive pleasure therefrom. This desire can strongly motivate one to acquire relevant knowledge and skills. Every year, MCM College offers different kinds of volunteer service, community service and service-learning opportunities for students to lead others towards common good and make a difference through strategic thinking skills and organisation skills.
