1. Eligible Users – Members of MCM College are eligible to use the music rooms.
  2. Opening Hours:
    From 09:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Sunday)
  3. Booking:
    Booking in advance should be made through the Security Counter. User late for 10 minutes will have his/ her booking forfeited.
  4. Use of Music Rooms:
    a) User should approach the Security Counter and sign in with his/ her student I.D. card and report to the Counter and sign off after using the music rooms;
    b) User should not transfer the booking/ usage to other university members or visitors;
    c) User should NOT make use of the music rooms for private tuition of any kind;
    d) User should not move any musical instruments in the music rooms without prior permission;
    e) User should not leave any liquid on the instruments and tidy up the room after usage;
    f) Any damage of musical instruments, furniture or fixtures and fittings in the rooms should be reported to the Office at once. In case of misuse, negligence or vandalism, user will be held responsible for the total cost incurred for repair or replacement;
    g) Please remember to turn off all lights and air conditioning before you leave.

*These regulations may be revised from time to time by the College. The College reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any bookings to the music rooms.
