Students do not always seem clear about career planning as a necessary process until they reach their senior year. In light of this, MCM College places high importance in carefully utilizing its resources and support services to better assist students during their undergraduate studies, by guiding them to their respective career paths. In their freshmen year, students take an experiential learning course that prepares them for their future careers. They begin by setting up their individual electronic portfolios, as well as crafting their CVs, learning to write letters of application, and learn specific interview strategies which could be asked by ‘potential employers’. Upperclassmen who might still be undecided about their career paths, or who question their goals, can seek guidance and assess their skills and interests by meeting with their respective academic advisers.
