Correct Use of Gym Equipment
Use the equipment properly: If you are not sure ask a member of staff or trainer. Please handle all equipment with proper care. Users will bear full responsibility for any damages to the facility or equipment. | ![]() |
Once you’ve finished exercising, put the weights back exactly where you found them by re-racking them. By leaving them on the floor, you’re risking injury on a fellow gym-goer with a safety hazard from laziness. | ![]() |
- Don’t Drop the Dumbbells and Weights:
It damages the weights, the floor and can cause injuries to yourself or other users. If you cannot put it down properly, it is too heavy for you.
Personal Hygiene:
- It is strongly recommended you bring a personal workout towel and mats.
- Bring your own water bottles if needed.
- Please wipe down the equipment when you have finished exercising.
