MCM College initiated the training of the College’s own Emcee team in 2024. By taking on the role of Emcee, students gain confidence in their communication abilities, learn to engage diverse audiences, and enhance their organizational skills through event planning and execution. Additionally, working collaboratively within a team cultivates a sense of responsibility and encourages peer support, helping students to navigate challenges together.
