Oral history is a method of conducting historical research through recorded interviews between a narrator with personal experience of historically significant events and a well-informed interviewer, with the goal of adding to the historical record. Moon Chun Memorial College oral history program is first initiated in 2021, with the support and guidance from Oral History Association of Macao, with special thanks to Ms Evi Ian. The first project is about University of Macau (UM), in celebration of its 40th Anniversary.
口述歷史是一種通過對具有重大歷史事件個人經歷的敘述者和消息靈通的採訪者之間的記錄訪談進行歷史研究的方法，目的是增加歷史記錄。 項目於2021年開始，邀請到澳門口述歷史協會副會長甄桂芳女士擔任該課程的導師，負責培訓首批學員。而滿珍紀念書院第一個口述歷史項目圍繞澳門大學成立40週年。
